We would prefer that guests make payment when they arrive. Breakfast is not provided but there is basics such as tea, coffee and some cereals in the cottage.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We reserve the right to charge 10% fee for cancellations made within 14 days in advance; 50% of the total fee on cancellation within 14 days of the reservation date; and 75% of the fee if cancellation is made within 7 days of the reservation date. This is discretionary but guests must realize that at certain times of the year demand for accommodation can be very high due to popular functions at local venues such as Rockingham Motor Speedway and Boughton House.
Guests may consider taking out holiday insurance.
We request that guests confirm cancellation by first class mail to ensure that we receive notification promptly.
OCCUPANCY
Normally occupancy is between 4.00pm and 9.00pm on the day of arrival and vacation of the cottage is normally by 11.00am on the day of departure.
CHILDREN AND PETS
Because of the nature of the garden we do not accommodate pets. So far as children are concerned parents should be aware that there is a pond in our garden and take the appropriate care and supervise children.
